Church of Sant’Ambrogio in Treville
The parish church of Sant’Ambrogio, which is the emblem of the town of Treville, was built between 1772 and 1783 based on a design by the engineer Evasio Andrea De Giovanni, a pupil of Magnocavalli. The façade is noteworthy for the sinuosity of its lines, which is emphasised by the light that illuminates it at all hours of the day.
The setting of this church is among the most beautiful and spectacular in Monferrato: on the top of the hill where the town stands, it is visible from afar and allows you to enjoy an exceptional panorama of the hills studded with vineyards.
